Tailored Bay Digital is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) of South Africa, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable international privacy frameworks.
Tailored Bay Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a digital studio operating in South Africa. We act as the Responsible Party under POPIA and the Data Controller under GDPR.
POPIAGDPR This policy applies to all website visitors and clients regardless of location. For individuals in the EEA, UK, or other jurisdictions with their own privacy legislation, we extend applicable protections under those frameworks.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as health records, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or biometric data.

POPIAGDPR Where personal information is transferred outside South Africa or the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including transfers only to countries with adequate data protection, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or explicit consent where required.
